"My works are characterized by introspection and silence that stems from my own memories and experiences. Observations with metaphors, yet minimalistic. My art is rendered in a muted, largely monochrome palette. The sky series is an observation during this period of tough times where you can feel gratified by what nature has to offer you."

How to properly care for your artwork

1. Watercolors are vulnerable to damage. It is best to frame them under glass as the protective panel to keep your art away from dust, moisture, and infestation.

2. Use glazed UV-coated Plexiglass when framing your watercolor.

3. When exposed to moisture, watercolors may shift, run, or break.

4. Do not hang opposite a surface where it is exposed to full sunlight or extreme humidity as exposure to ultraviolet rays will damage paper.

5. Keep your artwork away from fluorescent light.

6. No dramatic changes in the environment.

7. To avoid damage, keep paining in regulated temperatures and humidity levels.

Curators Recommendation

Sarika’s art is an attempt to unearth the unsounded depths of human potential and the furthest reaches of our emotions. Her works delve with different raw aspects of our personality but the subjects vary as per the evolution of her personal journey. Mehta’s work enjoys a certain restrain, while space inspires her style. In these watercolour series she explores the ecology
and its stillness.
